When Sarah Smiles

This is the sweetest story about a little girl who at the age of 2 had a brain tumor and lost her vision. It is saddens me when kids have to go through so much at such a young age. The majority of the time it ends up being much more than I will ever face in my lifetime. I know there are tons of stories out there of children that are survivors. Does anyone out there have any?
