Happy Anniversary!

I meant to post this on Saturday but time slipped away from me.
5 years ago Saturday Jason and I got married.

It's hard to believe...

1. that it's been 5 years.
2. how much we've changed.
3. that we have a 16 month old daughter.
4. that our wedding date already circled around to be a Saturday again (thanks to leap years).
5. that after 5 years we still don't get sick of each other :).

There is not another person in the world I would want to be married to. I am constantly amazed at what a wonderful husband and dad Jason is. I am so blessed to be married to him.

We had originally planned to take a trip somewhere fun for the big 5 years. But then we got this phone call from a friend asking Jason to do their wedding this coming November in HAWAII. We agreed and decided this would be a perfect 5 year anniversary trip. So we downsized the trip in July.

So for our anniversary weekend we switched houses with my in-laws. They kept Lynlee all weekend at our house and we stayed all weekend at theirs. We didn't have to pay anything to stay there and we still got to get away and relax. We had a really good time watching movies, reading and relaxing. Thanks Dean and Dorothy for letting us borrow your house and watching Lynlee for us!
