Baytown, Astros and Lake Travis

BAYTOWN
June 25-June 26, 2008

Last Wednesday we took a trip down to Baytown. Jason spoke at Lakewood on Wednesday night. We had a really good time seeing all the wonderful friends we made while we were there.

We stayed with our dear friends, Ben, Tamar, Brian and Caitlyn Johnson. Lynlee and Caitlyn were both born while we were in Baytown. It was fun to see them playing together!

ASTROS
June 26, 2008

We finally made it to a game at Minute Maid last Thursday. We played the Rangers. Luckily the turn out was better than when we saw them play in Arlington. We won 7-2, Yeah! We went with Jason's sister Becky and her husband, Philip.

For Jason's 30th birthday (last December) we got him this brick outside Minute Maid Park. It was on our to-do list to go see it before we left town and it just never happened. So we went and did that before the game.

LAKE TRAVIS
June 27-June 29, 2008

Then we went to our third annual "Spruce Posse and Families Trip". Every year we get together with Jason's friends from high school. Last year Lynlee was the only kid and Tiffany was pregnant. So this year Grant got to join us. Lynlee had fun playing with him!
