Hohenwald

We spent most of our spring break with our sweet friends Keith and Mindy in Hohenwald, TN. We had so much fun catching up, playing games and seeing their house and town.

On the way we made a stop in Mt. Vernon to visit Jason's Meemaw and Pappaw.

They loved playing with the girls and it was good to sit and visit with them for a little bit.

When we got to TN, the girls warmed right up to Keith and Mindy.

Lynlee insisted on playing on their playground in their backyard even though it was freezing outside. She didn't seem to notice or care a bit!

On Tuesday we took a trip into Nashville.

We ate breakfast at Loveless Cafe. Apparently lots of famous people eat here. There was no one there that day :)! My students were convinced though that I would see Miley Cyrus. Sorry kiddos, didn't see her!

While we were in Nashville we went to the Hermitage where our friend James works and we took a tour. Lynlee and I had to get a picture next to the old tea pot. Every where we went Lynlee would say, "There's another tea set!"

We met up with some other friends, Shanta and Ken for supper. And then headed over to Krispy Kreme for dessert!

We drove home all in one day and girls did such a great job! I was very surprised at how good. I did to a lot of jumping back and forth between the front and back seat just to feed Kyndall or whatever but it worked out and we made it home in good time!

It was so nice to see our friends, and the next time we see them they will probably have their sweet baby with them!!
