Gran's Love

Lynlee, you are Gran's and Pop's little angel. You spread sunshine with your friendly smile. When I pick you up, I love the way you lay your sweet head on my shoulder and cuddle up. Your beautiful eyes twinkle with fun and adventure. It is such joy for you to bring a book over and climb up to sit on my lap and read. That "Monkeys Jumping on the Bed" book was fun to read over and over last weekend. I thrill at watching you move from one new thing to another, full of curiosity. It is so cute when you let your arms flow behind you like wings helping to go faster. If someone tells you "no no" you quickly move to something else. I think you are so smart as you try to distract them until so you can go back to finish exploration of that "no no" activity. Your now use that word "no" yourself with great confidence and emotion. You make me laugh with your spirit of learning. You have a zest for life and learning so like your Daddy and your Great Granddad (Gran's Dad, Tom Hughey).
